Insights-X had a successful re-launch. Although the pre-Corona level was not reached, the high quality of the live event could be maintained. From 5 to 7 October 2022, the focus was finally back on personal interaction: top decision-makers and top-class exhibitors used the compact and focused trade fair to strengthen existing contacts and find new business partners.
As an exhibitor from the very beginning, we wanted to show our presence at the fair again after a short break, not only to present ourselves digitally, but also to demonstrate our innovations in a personal exchange at the fair.
It was great to be an exhibitor at Insights-X. It's the perfect place to meet retailers from all over Europe. [It's] a wonderful experience for visitors to actually see and feel their product and the chance to tell their story face to face. [...] This personal contact is so important and that makes all the difference.
After almost 3 years, it is nice to be able to have face-to-face conversations with customers again, because there is no substitute for this kind of communication.
The atmosphere is like a big family, because I have been coming here since the first time. After these two years, it's really nice to see each other again and also to meet new faces as well as new companies.
