The brands are back in town - this year's motto of Insights-X was hit perfectly: From 11 to 14 October, the trade fair for Stationery, Office, Bags and more at the Nuremberg Exhibition Centre scored with the return of the big brands and companies. The common tenor at the event: All the important trade partners and decision-makers from all over Europe were represented and took ample time for appointments that inspire both sides.
For us as a start-up, Insights-X offered a great opportunity to present our product GluPix to the German trade. In addition, we were able to get in touch with some markets that we had only considered for the coming years, such as Sweden, Denmark, Finland, UAE, Portugal, Spain and Austria.
It’s the perfect timing for presenting our Back-to-School backpack collection. The atmosphere at Insights-X is pleasant, as well as the organisation. We had good contacts from Europe, especially from East and Southern Europe, and from other countries out of Europe. The party atmosphere at the AfterHour was great, the food and drinks were very good. The blogger tour is a great idea.
What was particularly remarkable about this year's Insights-X was the opportunity to connect with industry colleagues in a relaxed yet professional atmosphere. The openness and interest in innovative ideas and solutions encouraged and inspired us. In addition, InsightsArena allowed us to expand our knowledge of the latest developments in the industry. We are looking forward to the upcoming Insights-X in 2024!
I've been in this industry for 49 years now. I know everyone and anyone and here in Nuremberg I meet many of them to maintain these contacts. I don't have to worry about orders, the customers come to me. Insights-X is ideal for that, too.
I come to Insights-X every year. Our focus, besides stationery, is on nice paper products, i.e. notebooks, address books, diaries. And we look for "contacts for contracts," so we maintain connections with known contacts and meet new ones.
I have high plans for the fair: I look for well-known and new brands, track down the latest trends and recruit them for the retail. What I really appreciate about Insights-X: It's much easier to meet with relevant colleagues here, where everyone is together, than to make appointments individually.
