Insights-X is Germany's trade fair for paper, office supplies and stationery, bringing together leading brand manufacturers and suppliers of all sizes with qualified trade visitors and decision-makers. Focused and compact, a wide range of products for office, school and hobby can be found here in October.

The next Insights-X will be held from 11 to 13 October 2023 incl. eXtra-Day in the Exhibition Center Nuremberg.

Hall Area A (Hall 12.0) and Hall Area B (Halls 10.0 and 11.0) will be available from Wednesday to Friday, 11 to 13 October. On Saturday, 14 October (eXtra-Day), Hall Area B will be open for an additional day. Use the online exhibitor directory and our app for details of exhibitors. Please note the opening hours for the individual days.

Babies, children and young people under the age of 16 are not admitted to the fair. Young people over 16 years of age require an official ID.

No. Animals are not permitted on the fair.

Yes. Hall 12.0 is accessible at ground level from NCC West. Barrier-free access to Halls 10.0 and 11.0 is possible via elevators. Their locations can be found on the floorplan.

No. Insights-X is a trade fair for professionals, and only relevant trade visitors are admitted.

A trade visitor is anyone who trades or operates in a commercial context with paper, office supplies and stationery or the other products represented at Insights-X. Professional buyers are the major target group at Insights-X.

From 26 July 2023, you can buy e-tickets online as a trade visitor. A profile will be created when purchasing a visitor ticket.

If you have received a voucher code for a ticket to Insights-X you can redeem the voucher here.

For the duration of Insights-X, your e-ticket is valid as a ticket for the tariff zones 100/200 (Nuremberg, Fürth, Stein) of the Nuremberg Transport Authority (VGN) on the days of the event printed on it.

Your e-ticket gives you access to Insights-X for the whole duration.

Tickets can only be purchased online. The e-tickets are available on our Insights-X App and allow contactless access.

There will be no box office available at the venue. Please purchase your e-ticket online before arriving at the exhibition grounds.
