ServicePartners for the supply of power and water

A stand at a trade is used not only as a showroom for selected product ranges and new products. Often, the stand staff receive trade visitors like guests in their own home. If you wish to put your products in the right light, you have to take into account the appropriate connections for lighting and other devices when organising your stand.

Our long-standing ServicePartner, SPIE SAG GmbH, which has more than 100 years of experience, supports our exhibitors by supplying them with electrical power. Power outlets must be registered and paid for in advance of the trade fair, so that the connection can be released for use. Exhibitors can even order electricity generated from renewable forms of energy. Suspension points for constructions, graphics banners or trusses are provided exclusively by SPIE SAG and must be registered accordingly. Furthermore, work equipment, such as work platforms, can also be booked through the ServicePartner. On the other hand, exhibitors who have booked or would like to book a complete stand package do not have to take care of the electrical power supply themselves.

A water connection is not included in the complete package and must be applied for separately if required. Our ServicePartners Brochier Gebäudemanagement GmbH (for Halls 1 and 2) and August & Jean Hilpert Messeservice GmbH (for Hall 3) are the right people to contact to supply water to your stand as well as if you wish to rent appliances and have them connected. Both companies are always on call and can be reached on an emergency number if urgent matters should arise during the fair.

The services of the ServicePartners for the supply of power and water are easily accessible for exhibitors via the Online Service Center under “Technology & Logistics”. To ensure that all exhibitors find the right contact person for the services they require right away, Spielwarenmesse eG provides an overview of all ServicePartners as well as services from A-Z. The ServicePartners are located in the ServicePartnerCenter (next to Hall 7A) if you wish to talk to them personally.

Exhibitors can also take a look at the schedule. This enables everyone to remember deadlines for booking things from the online service centre and helps participants to book the services in good time to avoid any possible surcharges.
